Abersoch

Ten busy weeks, booked all year.

Abersoch is the sailing and beach village of Llŷn: the harbour and the yacht club, the main beach and the surf at Porth Neigwl just round the corner. In summer the village fills many times over, and almost everyone deciding where to eat, surf or stay does it on a phone.

I'm in Barmouth, a little over an hour away, so I can come and see you in person.

Search

Who's searching in Abersoch.

Few places swing as hard as Abersoch. For a handful of summer weeks the village is packed, the beaches are full and the restaurants turn tables all evening. The rest of the year it's quiet, and the businesses that last are the ones that keep earning from those quiet months.

A lot of that comes from second homes. Their owners live in Cheshire, Manchester or the Midlands and need someone on the ground all year: to clean between lets, check the house after a storm, look after the garden or fix the boiler. They search from home and want proof they can trust you with the keys.

The water brings its own customers: dinghy sailors and the regattas run by the yacht club, families after a surf lesson at Porth Neigwl, and boat owners who need storage, launching and repairs. They plan around tides and weather, and book ahead when they can.

Why most Abersoch sites don’t bring work

What should a website actually do for you?

It's 2026. Customers expect you to have a website, and they judge you by it. Yet most small businesses see theirs as a cost that never pays back. When someone lands on your site, it has three jobs, in this order.

A visitor lands From Google, a recommendation or your van. You have seconds.
1
Say what you fixPeople rarely want to read about a service. They want to know what problem you solve for them, in the simplest terms.
2
Earn their trustBefore they get in touch, people look for reviews and examples of your work. That's the cost of entry.
3
Make the next step obviousClear calls to action for whatever matters to you: booking an appointment, a viewing or an enquiry.
New enquiry A call, a booking or a message, landing with you.

Get these three right and your website starts bringing in work.

Every site I build is planned around your business and its goal. Not a template with your logo on.

FAQ

Questions from Abersoch businesses.

Something else on your mind? Ask me directly.

My business is busy for ten weeks and quiet for forty. Is a website worth it?

Yes, because the quiet weeks are when next summer gets booked. A site that takes bookings and enquiries all winter means the busy weeks are full before they start.

How do I reach second home owners?

They search from home, so say clearly which villages you cover, what you do for empty properties and how you report back, like photos after every visit. Owners want to see they can trust you before they hand over keys.

Can the site show availability for my holiday lets?

Yes. I link up the calendar from the booking system you already use, so the site always shows what's free without you updating two places.

Do you work with businesses in Abersoch?

Yes. I'm based in Barmouth and work with businesses in Abersoch, Llanengan, Mynytho and Sarn Bach. I'll come to you.

Can you take over my existing site?

Often, yes. Send me the link and I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth keeping or starting fresh.

Danny at Wild Origines is so good that part of me wants to keep him a secret, but he deserves every bit of this review.

We’ve worked closely together to bring my company template and redevelop my current website, as well as effectively another new company website, and he’s been fantastic throughout. He’s worked all hours, taken the time to explain everything clearly, and consistently gone above and beyond. We’ve built a great relationship, and he’s been an absolute dream to work with.

What really sets Danny apart is his ability to think outside the box and create beautiful features that work brilliantly. He understands our philosophy while bringing sound business judgement, alongside expertise in AI and systems. It’s the perfect blend, and everything you could want in a web developer and far more.

Saying I wouldn’t hesitate to use Danny again doesn’t quite cover it. As long as he’s building websites, I won’t be going anywhere else. We’re already looking at other projects together, which probably says it all. I'd also recommend him to everyone and anyone who needs his services.

The website that Danny at Wild Origins has created for my business is far superior to the one I'd had before.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the design and he has showed great patience. Taking the time to understanding my vision and paying attention to all the details I wanted. He's been absolutely brilliant, and honestly can't recommend him enough. The evening my new website went live, I gained two new clients instantly!

We’re really happy with our new website!

A big thank you to Danny for making the whole process so easy and straightforward. He was friendly, helpful, and great to work with from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and we’re really pleased with the end result. Would definitely recommend Danny to anyone looking for a new website!
