Tech supportBusinesses only

When the tech stops, so does your business.

Email down, Wi-Fi dropping, phones not ringing through. Before websites, I spent years keeping businesses running: servers, networks, firewalls, phone systems and Microsoft 365. I still do, for local businesses that want someone nearby who knows the kit.

What's the problem?
How it works

From “it’s stopped working” to sorted.

01 Tell me what's wrong Email or ring with what’s happening. I aim to reply the same working day.
02 Fixed remotely where I can Most everyday problems can be sorted over a remote connection, without waiting for a visit.
03 On site when it needs hands on If it needs someone at the kit, I’ll come to you. Travel within 20 miles of Barmouth is included.
Services

Four ways I can help.

For businesses only. I don’t take on home computers or personal devices.

ConsultancyStraight advice on what you have, what you need and what you don't. Audits of your network, security and backups, with a written plan you can act on.
SupportSomeone to call when things stop working. Remote help for everyday problems, on-site visits when needed, and regular checks so small issues don't become big ones.
RepairsFaulty PCs, laptops, servers, network kit and phones diagnosed and fixed, or replaced when fixing isn't worth it. Data recovered where it can be.
New systemsNew offices, new staff or a long-overdue upgrade. I specify, supply, install and set up servers, networks, Wi-Fi and phone systems, then document it all for you.
What I work with

The kit behind most small businesses.

Don’t see yours? If it runs in a small business, there’s a good chance I’ve worked with it. Ask me.
